1.冒痘痘的位置與健康訊息
 
 　 冒痘痘的位置可能顯示出身體的警訊，你知道嗎？你可能需要看看是否真的該保養身體了。
 
  額頭
 代表心火旺、血液循環有問題，可能是過於勞心傷神。這類的人脾氣較不好，應養成早睡早起的習慣，睡眠充足，並多喝水。
鼻子 如果長在鼻樑，代表脊椎骨可能出現問題；如果是長在鼻頭處，可能是胃火大、消化系統異常；若在鼻頭兩側，就可能跟卵巢機能或生殖系統有關。
下巴 表示腎功能受損或內分泌系統失調。女生容易在下巴周圍長痘痘的可能是月事不順所引起的。
左邊臉頰 可能是肝功能不順暢，如肝臟的分泌、解毒或造血等功能出了狀況。
右邊臉頰 可能是肺部功能失常。

 
2.如何檢視指甲的健康

　指甲的生長夏天比冬天快，手指甲又比腳指甲快，且健康情況也會在指甲上顯現哦！所以快檢視一下，妳的指甲健不健康
指甲色澤 通常是淡粉紅色，但若太常使用指甲油、去光水，也會使指甲變黃。
指甲的韌度 用其他手指按壓指甲尖端，若能略為彎曲表示硬度剛好，若太軟也表示指甲不健康。
指甲板是否光滑 有時從側面觀看會發現溝痕，那就要多滋養指甲，讓情況改善。
周圍皮膚 指甲周圍皮膚若是過於乾燥、粗糙，就要利用按摩與保養，改善情況。

 
3.指甲的病徵

　　指甲可以反應健康狀況，觀察指甲的變化，可以了解身體有哪些病徵。
指甲過白 慢性貧血或肝、腎有問題。
白斑 缺乏鋅，可由海產類、菠菜、菇類、五穀類、葵瓜子等攝取補充。
容易破裂 缺乏鐵質，可由深綠色葉菜類、魚類、豆類、五穀類等補充。
指甲過黃 缺乏維他命E，也可能是淋巴系統、呼吸系統有問題。維他命E可由深綠色蔬菜、水果中攝取。
凹凸不平 若還有出現一條條的條紋，可能是肝不好。

 
4.如何從唇色觀察健康狀況
 
 健康的唇色是粉紅色的，如果唇色不正常，可能是健康狀況不好哦！
唇色蒼白 若指甲、眼瞼也蒼白，可能有貧血。
唇色青紫 若非因為氣溫過於寒冷，有可能是有貧血、心臟方面問題。
唇色淡黃 若臉色、眼白一樣呈黃色，可能是肝功能不好。
唇色紅紫 若非發燒或一氧化碳中毒，就可能有心臟病、肺病、心臟衰弱等問題。

 
5.從排泄物看健康

　　許多人排出的大便有強烈的臭味，其實如果吃多了肉類、便秘時、腸胃道老化都會有此現象。你可以從排泄物觀察出自己的健康情況哦！
份量 每次以兩三條為適量。
形狀 直徑兩三公分的條狀為佳，過軟或呈顆粒狀則表示腸子有老化狀況。
氣味 正常者應沒有強烈的味道，若有酸臭味、焦臭味、腐敗味，則是有腸老
化現象。
顏色 黃色為正常，顏色愈深表示腸老化狀態愈嚴重。
硬度 排便時若無壓迫感或瀉肚子狀態則為正常。

6.生理時鐘表

　　身體都有生理時鐘，不同時間有不同工作，應該配合生理時鐘，才能有健康身體哦！
時段 時期 工作
午夜12:00 ~ 1:00 淺眠期 多夢而敏感，身體不適者易在此時痛醒。
凌晨1:00 ~ 2:00 排毒期 此時肝臟為排除毒素而活動旺盛，應讓身體進入睡眠狀態，讓肝臟得以完成代謝廢物。
凌晨3:00 ~ 4:00 休眠期 重症病人最易發病的時刻，常有患病者在此時死亡，熬夜最好勿超過這個時間。
上午9:00 ~ 11:00 精華期 此時為注意力及記憶力最好，且工作與學習的最佳時段。
中午12:00 ~ 1:00 午休期 最好靜坐或閉目休息一下再進餐，正午不可飲酒，易醉又傷肝哦！
下午2:00 ~ 3:00 高峰期 是分析力和創造力得以發揮淋漓的極致時段！
下午4:00 ~ 5:00 低潮期 體力耗弱的階段，最好補充水果來解饞，避免因飢餓而貪食致肥胖。
下午5:00 ~ 6:00 鬆散期 此時血糖略增，嗅覺與味覺最敏感，不妨準備晚膳來提振精神。
晚上7:00 ~ 8:00 暫憩期 最好能在飯後30分鐘去散個步或沐浴，放鬆一下，紓解一日的疲倦困頓。
晚上8:00 ~ 10:00 夜修期 此為晚上活動的巔峰時段，建議您善用此時進行商議，進修等需要思慮周密的活動。
晚上11:00 ~ 12:00 夜眠期 經過鎮日忙碌，此時應該放鬆心情進入夢鄉，千萬別讓身體過度負荷，那可得不償失哦！

一、
石頭問：我究竟該找個我愛的人做我的妻子呢？還是該找個愛我的人做我
的妻子呢？

佛笑了笑：這個問題的答案其實就在你自己的心底。這些年來，能讓你愛
得死去活來，能讓你感覺得到生活充實，能讓你挺起胸不斷往前走，是你
愛的人呢？還是愛你的人呢？

石頭也笑了：可是朋友們都勸我找個愛我的女孩做我的妻子？

佛說：石頭搶過了佛的話：那我要是追到了我愛的人呢？會不會就...

 佛說：因為她是你最愛的人，讓她活得幸福和快樂被你視作是一生中最大
的幸福，所以，你還會為了她生活得更加幸福和快樂而不斷努力。幸福和
快樂是沒有極限的，所以你的努力也將沒有極限，絕不會停止。

石頭說：那我活的豈不是很辛苦？

佛說：這麼多年了，你覺得自己辛苦嗎？

石頭搖了搖頭，又笑了。

石頭問：既然這樣，那麼是不是要善待一下愛我的人呢？

佛搖了搖頭，說：你需要你愛的人善待你嗎？

石頭苦笑了一下：我想我不需要

佛說：說說你的原因

石頭說：我對愛情的要求較為苛刻，那就是我不需要這裏面夾雜著同情夾
雜著憐憫，我要求她是發自內心的愛我的，同情憐憫寬容和忍讓雖然也是
一種愛，儘管也會給人帶來某種意義上的幸福，但它卻是我深惡痛絕的，
如果她對我的愛夾雜著這些，那麼我寧願她不要理睬我，又或者直接拒絕我的愛意，在我還來得及退出來的時候，因為感情是只能越陷越深的，絕望遠比希望來的實在一些，因為絕望的痛是一剎那的，而希望的痛則是無限期的。

佛笑了：很好，你已經說出了答案！


三、
石頭問：為什麼我以前愛著一個女孩時，她在我眼中是最美麗的？而現在
我愛著一個女孩，我卻常常會發現長得比她漂亮的女孩呢？

佛問：你敢肯定你是真的那麼愛她，在這世界上你是愛她最深的人嗎？

石頭毫不猶豫地說：那當然！

佛說：恭喜。你對她的愛是成熟、理智、真誠而深切的。

石頭有些驚訝：哦？

佛又繼續說：她不是這世間最美的，甚至在你那麼愛她的時候
，你都清楚地知道這個事實。但你還是那麼地愛著她，因為你愛的不只是
她的青 春靚麗，要知道韶華易逝，紅顏易老，但你對她的愛戀已經超越了
這些表面的東西，也就超越了歲月。你愛的是她整個的人，主要是她的獨
一無二的內心。

石頭忍不住說：是的，我的確很愛她的清純善良，疼惜她的孩子氣。

佛笑了笑：時間的任何考驗對你的愛戀來說算不得什麼。


四、
石頭問：為什麼後來在一起的時候，兩個人反倒沒有了以前的那些激情，
更多的是一種相互依賴？

佛說：那是因為你的心裏已經潛移默化中將愛情轉變為了親情
…

 石頭摸了摸腦袋：親情？

佛繼續說：當愛情到了一定的程度的時候，是會在不知不覺中轉變為親情
的，你會逐漸將她看作你生命中的一部分，這樣你就會多了一些寬容和諒
解，也只有親情才是你從誕生伊始上天就安排好的，也是你別無選擇的，
所以你後來做的，只能是去適應你的親情，無論你出生多麼高貴，你都要
不講任何條件的接受他們，並且對他們負責對他們好石頭想了想，點頭說
道：親情的確是這樣的。

佛笑了笑：愛是因為相互欣賞而開始的，因為心動而相戀，因為互相離不
開而結婚，但更重要的一點是需要寬容、諒解、習慣和適應才會攜手一生
的。< BR>石頭沈默了：原來愛情也是一種宿命。


五、
石頭問：大學的時候我曾經遇到過一個女孩，那個時候我很愛她，只是她
那個時候並不愛我；可是現在她又愛上了我，而我現在又似乎沒有了以前
的那種感覺，或者說我似乎已經不愛她了，為什麼會出現這種情況呢？

佛問：你能做到讓自己從今以後不再想起她嗎？

石頭沈思了一會：我想我不能，因為這麼多年來我總是有意無意中想起
她，又或者同學聚會時談起她的消息，我都有著超乎尋常的關注；接到她
的來信或者電話的時候我的心都是莫名的激動和緊張；這麼多年來單身的
原因也是因為一直以來都沒有忘記她，又或者我在以她的標準來尋覓著我
將來的女朋友；可是我現在又的確不再喜歡她了。

佛發出了長長的歎息：現在的你跟以前的你儘管外表沒有什麼變化，然而
你的心卻走過了一個長長的旅程，又或者說你為自己的愛情打上了一個現
實和理智的心結。你不喜歡她也只是源於你的這個心結，心結是需要自己
來化解的，要知道前世的五百次回眸才換來今生的擦肩而過，人總要有所
取捨的，至於怎麼取捨還是要你自己來決定，誰也幫不了你。

石頭沒有再說話，只是將目光 靜靜的望向遠方，原來佛也不是萬能的…


 六、
石頭問：在這樣的一個時代，這樣的一個社會裏，像我這樣的一個人這樣
辛苦地去愛一個人。是否值得呢？

佛說：你自己認為呢？

石頭想了想，無言以對。

佛也沈默了一陣，終於他又開了口：路既然是自己選擇的，就不能怨天尤
人，你只能無怨無悔。

石頭長籲了一口氣，石頭知道他懂了，他用堅定的目光看了佛一眼，沒有
再說話。

How are you doing? I am very interested in Remote Viewing and am in discussion with
a US Remote Viewing instructor to provide the training in Hong Kong. The tentatively set training date is on October. I am now trying to figure out how much the training cost is and will let you know ASAP.

This should be the first Remote Viewing training in Hong Kong /China and the first time I organize training in my life.

What I am trying to do now is shown below:

1) I want to know who is interested in this training. Please feel free to reply me ASAP if you are interested. I hope to get at least 15 to 20 students in order to attract the instructor to Hong Kong.
2) Any suggestion on training room, good location vs price. I believe that Remote Viewing is kind of a new concept to you. However, it has been there for more
than 20 years. In the very beginning, it was solely a US government / CIA / army project to develop a scientific method to train and use human psychic power for getting intelligence information purpose. In 1995,
US government has stopped and opened some of the information about this project. Nowadays, a lot of private organizations have begun studying on Remote Viewing and providing Remote Viewing training.

The below is the definition of Remote Viewing from The International Remote Viewing Association (www.irva.org)

Remote viewing is a novel perceptual discipline for gaining information not available to the ordinary physical senses. Used extensively by so-called "psychic spies" during the Cold War for classified
military projects, it has a long history both as an intelligence gathering tool and as the subject of research and applications in the civilian world.

Remote viewing has now taken a long step into the public domain with the formation of a professional association to propose standards, test performance, and promote peaceful use and development of this
unique human mental capacity.

All socail scientists, including psychologists, are trying to understand human behaviours. And, understand one's observable behaviour and underlying motivation and attitude, of course, are of the "core" interest of psychologists.

Abnormal psychology investigates those "un" or "non" normal/typical/standard behaviours.

不過有一個問題就是：比較資料性的東西，是否能夠引起讀者閱讀的意欲呢？我提議若你下次再出類似的書籍，可以以故事的形式帶出內容（如：以每一個地區作為一個單位，以幾十個小故事串聯而成一個整體．當然期望你可以發揮自己既長處──幽默的形式）．．但都幾難．．可能呢排自己構思了太多故事．．所以才會有咁既提議．．

在內容方面，我最感興趣既係“墨西哥魔術跳豆”一則，希望下次你能挑選類似有趣，特別的題材．．這只是我既一點點建議．．別見怪！呵！

 估唔到你還記得我呢個平凡的學生,正好我都有些問題想請教你.讀了半年寫作概論令自己的寫作水平跨進了一大步(內容比以前深刻/文字較老練,創新,脫離了陳舊的形式/技巧更講究:如運用意識流,象徵手法,電影的浪漫手法,人物的情感控制等),在兩位老師的悉心指導及影響下,令我愛上了寫小說.印象最深刻係之前自己用了兩星期的時間,寫了一篇接近30000字關於家庭暴力的中篇小說,用心寫好每一句,老師看完都覺得很好,好開心啦!在創作期間自己搜集了很多相關的資料,不過仍覺得在一些心理方面的描寫不夠細膩及深入如:在童年陰影(假設一些殺人犯因在童年時期遭受到父母極兇猛的虐打,便造就了他們在成人後形成心理扭曲的變態心理,以致他們就連自己最心愛的人都施以殘酷的毒打等)的影響下,何以深深地影響他們的一舉一動/心理/思想等?最衰自己冇讀心理學,所以連開頭的一段催眠描寫都要諗好一陣子!!!因為想參加青年文學獎,所以一定要寫到最好!希望你能推介有關的心理書籍給我,仲有遲D可唔可以send篇文俾你睇,我需要多些名師指導,請你俾幾句評語(雖然我知道你非常忙!點都好啦!非常多謝你!),我會不斷創新/改進!!

 仲有自己在暑假期間將會開始在補習社做普通話導師,可能在將來都會一直教下去(係我出年考完普通水平測試之後),為自己諗多一條後路.真是事與愿違!自己的志願唔係做老師,但自己已一步一步邁向教學之路,真無奈!!不過點都好啦,來了香港後遇到很多位對我很好的老師:尤其係中文科的老師,在他們身上我學到了很多東西,所以一直以來我都很尊重教學呢項工作.雖然甚少同Stephen你交談(且以前對你有些誤解),但你幽默的教學方法令我留下了深刻的印象,想問你教書教得咁好,有甚麼教學心得?不過所謂教學相長,我一定可以在那幾班中小學生們學到很多東西.我諗剛剛開始教時一定都幾辛苦,就連教材都要自己設計.好在自己太喜歡小朋友了,辛苦D都會好開心,這也是對自己在考水平測試前最好的訓練.*太欽佩小思對教學及文學那份矢志不移的追求了,希望有朝一日可以好像佢/你...咁成功啦!!

What I said in class today is only "in general" situation.

Of course, different people will have different "experience". And, different experience will bring different outcomes. (i.e. You should remember what I said in the class that our ability can be trained and developed through some process...) And, those grow up in the Western world have a different "background" with us... And, "recognise" and "distinguish" the Western faces, in fact, are vital things for them in survival.

In fact, we can quite easy to expect that the "areas" (files) which those guys use to store these kinds of information in their brain should be bigger than that of us... ...

Thanks for prompt reply! Can you tell me which year it started? In fact, I read three to four books, and also two magazines (Next Magazine and Three Weekly), a VCD (which called "the secret of the TARO) and to the broadcasting from Metro Radio (The Horror Hotline). The time which it begins should be 1540.

Besides, "Tarocci" sounds like "Latin" rather that the language of Egypt. Also, when you look into the "pictures" and "diagrams" of those cards, you can quite sure that it should NOT come from EGYPT. There are no even single Egyptian drawing habits. (And, according to my limted knowledge, Egyptian is NOT a race who love to play cards.

Okay! Can you tell me why there is almost nothing tradition from Egypt and Gypsy in the cards???

When you think it deeper, I am quite sure that you will agree that the TARO should not be rooted from Egypt...

Do you know why? It is because in the cards, there is nothing related to the Egyptian's habits and religion. You know? Religion is the central core of the life of Egyptian. And, there are many many gods in the ancient Egypt. Where are they if the TARO is rooted from Egypt???

Tell me how is your 99.9% now!

To be honour, I seldom believe solely on the books, especially those with the least quality. I will use my brain, knowledge, and the multi-source...

I would like to know is there any other professional (psychology) subject to study?  Except 催眠,  Youth counseling.

I saw a T.V show few months ago.   Some people were talking a different story for the case processing, 克林頓總統也是其中一人.  A professor watched the tape many times and then make a decision for the people were talking the Truth or the Lie.  Afterward, the reporter ask the professor how do you know the people were talking the truth or the lie.  He explained how to notice their body language.  It's Wonderful!!

So. I'm interested to learn/study the above subject. Is there any Issuer in H.K.?   Please suggest!
